My Story
Growing up on a farm, I was quietly attuned to the language of the earth. I would ride my bicycle through open fields to feel the warmth of the sun on my skin, the whisper of the wind, and to hear he steady flow of the creek. Even then, I sensed that everything was alive with energy, connected and moving.
Over time, that quiet curiosity deepened into devotion. I began to explore the sacred relationship between the energy of the earth, the human heart, and the greater whole we all belong to.
My journey with Reiki was not something I found outside of myself, it was a remembering. A return to truth. A coming home to the wisdom of my inner compass.
From that remembering, this path continues to unfold.

My Reiki journey begins with a quiet yes
In the moment of listening, I followed an inner nudge and stepped into my first Reiki training. A simple curiosity unfolded into something deeply sacred that continues to guide my life and the space I hold for others.

With a foundation as an educator, I weave wisdom, lived experience, and grounded guidance into Reiki healing and clarity sessions, trainings, events and coaching experiences for both children and adults. My intention is always the same: to embody the sacred energy of Reiki and to empower others to reconnect with their inner compass.
Beyond my work, I cherish time with family and friends, being outdoors, traveling, listening to music, and reading. Simple joys that keep me rooted, inspired, and grateful.

At Inner Compass Energy, Reiki begins with intention and unfolds with trust. Our approach is centered on creating a sacred, supportive space where your body, mind, emotions, and spirit feel safe to rest and return to balance.
Rooted in the depth of Holy Fire® Reiki and Karuna Reiki®,
we honor Reiki as a living, ancient, sacred healing practice. Rather than directing or forcing change, we allow the energy to flow where it is needed most supporting regulation, easing stress, and inviting the body back into balance and harmony.
