Whether you're taking your first steps, deepening your practice or curious about energy healing, your presence is sacred here. As we share in our sacred space we will:
✨Tune into our hearts through a sacred breath, short guided meditation and the vibration of sound with Alternative Frequencies.
✨Listen with our hearts as we consciously create our own personal intention for the evening
✨Through our hearts, send Reiki and heart-centered energy collectively activating and elevating our personal intentions.
