During this unique wellness event, you will be guided through gentle meditation and breathwork while being immersed in the healing frequencies of Personalized Reiki offered to each participant, Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, the deep resonance of the Gong, Tuning Forks, Chimes, and Drums. Each element has been thoughtfully woven together to create a peaceful environment where your nervous system can calm, your mind can become still, and your body can naturally shift into a state of rest, renewal, and energetic balance.
